Delete your account

Ukti is a product of Slickalgo Analytics LLP. This page documents how to delete your Ukti account, what is removed when you do, and what Ukti is required to keep.

From inside the app

The fastest path. Deletion from inside the app is irreversible once confirmed.

Open the Ukti app and sign in.
Tap the profile avatar at the top-right of the home screen.
Scroll to the footer of the profile screen — the row reading PRIVACY · TERMS · DELETE.
Tap DELETE.
Confirm in the dialog. The account and its associated data are removed from active systems immediately.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@ukti.io from the email address registered to the account, with Account Deletion in the subject line. Ukti acknowledges the request within three business days and completes deletion of data not subject to a legal retention exception within thirty days.

What is deleted

Profile fields — name, date of birth, gender, email, measurements, style preferences.
Photos — selfie, body, wardrobe items, skin captures, derived thumbnails.
Voice-intake transcripts and any audio retained for the intake step.
App activity — verdicts, ratings, feedback, in-app events.
Authentication credentials and session tokens.

What is retained, and for how long

A small set of records is retained after deletion to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. These records are not used for product features.

Account and profile data — removed from active systems on confirmation. Residual records may persist for up to thirty days as a deletion grace window, longer where a legal hold or Indian tax law (Income Tax Act §44AA) requires it.
Photos and wardrobe content — removed from active systems on confirmation. Backup copies typically expire within thirty-five days.
Billing and tax records — retained for up to eight years where Indian tax law requires it. Ukti receives only limited billing metadata from Apple and Google; payment instruments are held by the platform processor.
Logs and telemetry — retained for up to twelve months for security, fraud prevention, and reliability. Personally identifiable fields are scrubbed where feasible.
