Rate my outfit: does it suit me?

You can see an outfit in the mirror. But a mirror does not tell you if it suits you. Ukti gives each outfit a score out of 10. It shows how the colors suit you, how the shape suits you, and how the outfit fits the occasion.

What the score means

Each outfit gets one "suits you" score out of 10. With it come three smaller scores:

ScoreThe question it answers
Color on youDo these colors suit your skin tone?
Shape on youDoes the shape of the outfit suit your body?
The occasionIs it right for where you are going?

So you do not only get a number. You see why the number is what it is.

Which outfits get a score

Ukti scores the outfits it builds from your own clothes. You need ten items in your closet to start.

  1. Add your clothes. Take photos of them.
  2. Say what the day is. Pick an occasion, like work, date or wedding and party.
  3. See three outfits. Each one has its score.

Ukti does not score a photo of what you are wearing right now. It scores outfits made from the clothes in your closet. See the outfit generator.

Make the score better

Do you like an outfit, but not one item in it? Tap that item and swap it for another one from your closet.

The score updates. So you can see if the outfit got better or worse. This is an easy way to mix and match your clothes.

Start from one item

Do you have one item you love? Open it in your closet and ask for outfits that use it. Each outfit comes with its score. So you can see which outfit suits you best with that item.

See it on you

A score is one way to check an outfit. A picture is another. Tap Try on, and Ukti makes a picture of you wearing the outfit. Read about the virtual try-on.

Why a score helps

  • It is fast. You do not have to try on five outfits.
  • It is honest. A friend may just say "you look nice".
  • It teaches you. After some time, you learn which colors and shapes work for you.

Want to learn the rules yourself? Read our guides on what colors suit you and how to dress for your body type.

A score for your look, too

The outfit score is about your clothes. Ukti also has a weekly score for the rest: your face, skin, hair and grooming. Read about the Look score.

What it is not

  • It is not a rule. If you love an outfit with a lower score, wear it.
  • It is not a score for you as a person. It is about one outfit, on one day.

How to start
